Has experience in Agricultural Engineering with emphasis on irrigation, culture management, agricultural systems engineering, agricultural mechanization, energy in agriculture, renewable energies, specifically wind energy. Carried out research related to irrigation, watershed management and management of the Caatinga and the Semiarid. Worked as an intern in the operations center of the Companhia de Gestão dos Recursos Hídricos (COGERH), in the management of the High Jaguaribe Watershed.

Graduated in Biological Sciences by the Universidade de Pernambuco. Has a master’s in Energy and Nuclear Technologies by the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Is currently a Ph.D. student in the graduate program in Ecology and Natural Resources at the Universidade Federal do Ceará.
